Arkoon (IT Infrastructure Protection)

Arkoon, a recognized pioneer in its sector, set up a community platform mixing public and private participatory spaces.

Everyone can access to the technical forum which deals with general questions about IT infrastructure protections. Members can also share their best practices, know-hows and tricks to the community. They create little by little an important knowledge base on those issues.

Another private section is reserved to clients and partners only. It is used as a customer support, where stakeholders can ask for some help about the Arkoon products, voice their concerns and leave their feedbacks.

The experts (from the R&D, technical support and training department teams) collaborate with the community to solve complex technical issues and validate the most relevant answers provided.

Arkoon frequently posts news through a blog to inform the community about the last actions and projects it set up.
